During the World Youth Day 2023, a scout camp will be one of the official hosting places for the pilgrims. It will take place on the south bank of the Tagus River, around one hour away from the one of centres of the activities
You can get engaged with the scout camp following two procedures:
1.1. As a hosting place, starting from the 31st of July at dinner time, until the 7th of August at breakfast time. To register, you register on the WYD official platform, pilgrim package A1. It will ensure accommodation and food throughout those days. If you can only be from the 4th of August until the 7th of August, you can take the pilgrim package B1. You can check all package details on lisboa2023.org/en/pilgrim-packages. Please bear in mind that after your registration, you must let us know your registration code.
1.2. As a scout activity, with a specific pedagogical program, starting from the 29th of July up to the 31st of July, in order to welcome scouts and jointly celebrate this time. To register, a CNE platform will be shared and a contribution of 25 € up to 45€ per person will be asked to cover the camp rental and expenses.
