During the World Council of the CICS in Portugal at Fatima. The Fraternity of St. George presented the medal to 8 new members.

The co-option of a member recognizes the “appreciation of an outstanding contribution” within World Scouting to the education of young people, to the development of their personality, their faith and their personal commitment to society.

In the spirit of Baden Powell, the International Catholic Conference of Scouting appreciates and encourages participation in the worldwide brotherhood of the Scout Movement.
