The online training programme deepens the work begun during the Frascati Seminar. Through study materials, practical exercises, team reflection and live sessions with trainers, participants connect each theme with the reality of their Association and with the development of their local project
Module 1 — Being Human

This module explores the Christian understanding of the human person and its implications for education and accompaniment. It invites participants to reflect on dignity, freedom, relationships, vulnerability and the integral development of young people through Scouting.

Module 2 — Spiritual Leadership in Scouting

This module examines spiritual leadership as a form of service rooted in the Gospel and lived through the Scout method. It explores the role of leaders, chaplains and spiritual guides, as well as youth-led spiritual development within the wider educational framework of WOSM

Module 3 — Safe Relationships and Safe Environment

This module helps participants recognise and prevent spiritual abuse and other unhealthy dynamics of authority and accompaniment. It promotes a shared culture of safeguarding, respectful relationships, clear responsibilities and safe environments for children, young people and adults.

Module 4 — Living the Gospel and Transforming the World

This module presents Catholic Social Teaching as a resource for understanding and responding to contemporary challenges. It explores how Scouting can contribute to peace, social friendship, integral ecology, justice and interreligious dialogue through educational programmes and concrete action

Module 5 — Scouting Speaks the Gospel, the Gospel Speaks through Scouting: Equiping Voices for Mission

This module equips participants to communicate the identity, mission and impact of their Associations with greater clarity, creativity and coherence. It is structured around four complementary topics:
