WHAT IS THE PROPOSAL FOR WORK IN THE INTER-AMERICAN REGION?
Establish strategic directions in each area in accordance with the World Organization of the Scout Movement and the priorities of the World Committee of the International Catholic Conference of Scouting, giving dynamism in pastoral actions for an integral growth from the spiritual development.
WHAT ARE SERVICE AREAS?
The service areas are the way in which our Inter-America region responds to certain realities, forming work teams with specific objectives and in accordance with the priorities of the World Committee and those of the Universal Church.

The service areas are composed and organised as follows:

- Religious Advisors

- Interfaith Dialogue

TEAM OF ADULTS ON THE MOVE
- They coordinate the Adult Services Area in Scouting.
- EUT Training Centre.
- The Network will be composed of one representative per organisation dedicated to Training.
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT TEAM
- They coordinate the Youth Development Services Area.
- The Network will be composed of two youth representatives per organisation dedicated to 18-25 year olds.
COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT
- They coordinate the Communications Services Area.
- Social Networks and CICS.orG Website
- The Network shall be composed of one representative per organisation dedicated to Communication.
GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT TEAM
- They coordinate the Growth and Development Services Area.
TEAM OF RELIGIOUS ADVISORS
- They coordinate the Service Area for Religious Counsellors.
- The Network shall be composed of the Chaplains of each NSO or Commission.
GOVERNANCE TEAM
- They coordinate the Government Services Area.
INTERRELIGIOUS DIALOGUE TEAM
- They coordinate the Service Area for Religious Counsellors.
- The Network shall be composed of one representative per organisation.
