We are pleased to announce that Ms. Francisca Vong (Macau) has been elected and approved as the new chairperson of ICCS-APR. Her term of chairperson is from 2025 to 2027.
She joined scouting when the Scout Association of Macau founded, and has served as International Commissioner, Chief Commissioner, and is currently Chairperson of the Catholic Scout Committee and Vice President of the Executive Council.
And we atttended world committee meeting on 12.December.
She needs all of your strong support and prayer.
