Please find in attachment formal invitation of Baldur Hermans, ICCS General Secretary of ICCS, to the next World Council which will be held in Rome from 21st to 23rd November 2008. The Council will be preceded by a Pilgrimage for Chaplains and Scout Leaders involved in spiritual dimension of scouting, from 17th to 20th of November.
Included also the Registration Form to be sent before the 30th of September to the Headquarters of Rome with all the details requested. More information about the program and practical details will be sent out to the participants with another document
